Beyond climbing, I enjoy a variety of activities:

Nature: My place to connect and recharge.

Music: Adds deeper meaning to everything for me.

Writing: Blogging helps me explore and express my thoughts.

Mindfulness: I practice journaling, meditation, breathwork, and movements like qi gong and contemporary dance.

Sports: I love powerlifting, Jujitsu, free diving, skiing, hiking, and yoga. Each sport offers its own unique experience.
