Being an Athlete for almost two decades of my life, suffering from mental and physical barriers including a very severe injury in RouteSetting even though demanding made me reconsider my values once again and as a result, I started harnessing my core beliefs to provide a more holistic approach for athletes and individuals in their sports performance. 

I strive to help individuals tap into their personal growth through their bodies, as I strongly believe that our bodies are far more intelligent than our imagination.
